A few things...
- I'm sleepy, but we can all tell by the photo.
- I'm sleepy because I kicked ass at the gym.
- I'm at the gym almost 4x a week (on a good week) with at least 1-2 days dedicated to a gym class.
- Of all the times I've attempted to lose weight and make myself feel better, this has been the most successful one.
- I'm starting to see tiny little results ! Still tiny, but better than nothing.
- My diet is under control more than ever. Hooray for having the willpower to say no to delicious greasy food that my forever-thin boyfriend gets to eat LOL.
On top of that...
- I've been kicking ass at work, or well, I like to think I am.
- I've been working closely with the CEO on a lot of our internal communications projects.
- Michelle and I are making steady progress on her e-book
- I've been practicing calligraphy a crap ton, I really want to dedicate more time to it though
Overall...
I'm exhausted, but really happy :)
Just thought I'd check in real quick since it's been a cool minute. I know this was kind of everywhere, but it's like not even 10am yet. My brain is still off x]
Also, my hair is growing back... yay!
